Getting a car from a dealer nowadays is almost like buying a house. So much paperwork, so much back and forth, I’ve always spent at least a few hours at the dealer. Love love love Carscouts Leasing!

This was my first time working with an auto broker, and I can definitely recommend my full experience to anyone! Robert Garong did what other dealerships weren’t able to do. He did all the hard work for me. My car was a very rare find and going through a Costco affiliated Honda dealer, they were able to get the car for me but I had to pay for it before actually seeing it (with still about two weeks of wait time after payment).

Going through Carscouts, Rob helped me track down the car and though committing to buy it – I technically didn’t pay till after I saw the car. He was ready to get the car out to me as soon as the next day. I did opt to go pick it up myself from the dealer.

I’ve gone through Costco Auto Program (which gives you very good and fair prices without the haggle) several times, but Rob went above and beyond and gave me a killer deal that actually shocked me!

The process was super easy, though fast paced, and Rob was always very clear with details and was attentive to know exactly what I wanted. He was very professional but not stiff that you feel uncomfortable. I purchased the car yesterday, and have already dropped his name on 4 people. Thank you so much Rob and Carscouts! Do your research prior and find the best option for you. Sales is a lucrative industry, there’s no set price for the capital. Therefore you must know initially what you are willing to pay. You don’t get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate.

Look into multiple dealers and car brokers and according to your financial circumstance, find what works for you. In a world in which the cost of living is rapidly increasing, some people on here are best taking an Uber or riding public transportation.

I worked with Robert Zen, he was referred to me after successfully working with a colleague. Robert updated me step by step throughout the entire process. This allowed me to understand the cycle.

The car arrived brand new, with the brand new scent engraved in my car. I intend to outright purchase this investment.

SO let me tell you how I traded in my 2013 Hyundai for a 2018 Audi A4 in like 9 hours…

My Hyundai was at 75k miles and giving me some issues and I thought since I had the day off it was best to start looking to trade it in while it’s still worth something and get a used car with low miles that will last me a long time. I had already been looking at Audi’s and I had 3 in mind when I starting working with Robert Garong and he told me he could see what he could do with those 3 cars or get me a deal on a brand new one. He answered every question I had, every question my parents had, no detail was left out and he really gave amazing customer service and made us feel comfortable about whatever decision I would end up making. Everything was done by him and his team while I layed in bed in my pjs lol. Before the day was over I get a call that I’m getting a brand new car with an AMAZING come down on the price delivered to my door, big red bow and all. We signed all the paperwork at my house, got the keys, and rob took my old car away forever. I didn’t know much about the type of business he did before yesterday but I’m so glad I went through them. You give them your price points and what you can or can’t do and they do all the haggling, hashing, negotiating, all of it.

Never used a broker to buy a car before, but what a pleasant experience it was! I was in a bind, realizing that my car was officially done-for, and in need of something new. 7 days ago I contacted George to see if he could make magic happen and get me into a Mercedes GLC for a great deal.

The dealers were not responsive to the deal I wanted. Apparently, this model is flying off their floors…

Long story short, I’m got the exact car I wanted for what I wanted to pay! The dealer told me I’d never, ever get this deal done. Clearly, George is a rockstar.

After leasing 3 Mercedes via the dealers, I can say I will never lease from a dealer again. You know how we spend HOURS to get a deal done at the dealer? George completely eliminated that frustrating process while getting me a deal none of the dealers would attempt.

This is the best car-leasing experience I’ve ever had.
Working with Carscouts leasing team was transparent and easy; their business model is so simple and straightforward.
The whole process was incredibly efficient. I have very little time on my hands, all it took was a couple phone calls, a couple emails and I had the exact car with the exact specs I wanted in less than a week.
I did next to no work aside from approving the offer and filling out a credit application.
I never set foot into a dealership; my car was dropped off at my office.

George is amazing! I got his info from a friend of mine and within one week I was driving my dream car! I didn’t even know this kind of service existed until now. I usually have to go to the dealership, haggle with the salespeople and walk away with one of the cars on the lot (hoping they have one that I like). I emailed George giving him my price range and he gave me some suggestions for cars. One of them being the car I had already secretly picked out in my head. He then asked for me to build the car online, which I did, and he proceeded to find my dream car for me within a few hours! I am also locked into a lease and George helped me roll over my remaining lease payments into my new car payment so that I could still get the car I wanted at a price that was affordable for me! Once we got to the application phase I was eager to get into my new car but my credit was frozen due to an incident I had last year. After a day and a half of Mercedes not being able to access it George took matters into his own hands and called TransUnion himself to escalate the situation and finally move past the freeze! Once the freeze was off I was in my new car within 24 hours. They drove it to me during a convenient time and the guy from the dealership explained how to use my new car in detail. This is full service guys! I have already recommended George to many of my friends and will continue to use him in the future for years to come!
